10 years ago when I decided I wanted to be a DJ, I knew I had to find a way for people to hear me. This was difficult because no one wanted to hire a DJ with no experience. So I practiced for countless hours, recorded my practice sessions, burned copies to CDs, and then handed them out to friends. These CDs became some popular that I had to make 500 copies everytime a new mix was released. It's amazing how many people come up to me and say, "Hey! I have a copy of your demo from 2005 and still listen to it!" I also get the people who lost their CD and want a new one.
